Held Rugby Talk Show in Osaka

Mr. Taufa Toetsu of Hanazono Kintetsu Liners (in charge of spread of Rugby football) and Latu William Sinari (Representative of our association) had a Rugby talk show at “TOMO~NI” in Moriguchi-city, Osaka. The MC was famous rugby journalist, Mr. Koichi Murakami.

They talked about the over 40 years history of friendship through rugby football between Kingdom of Tonga and Japan, cultural differences between the two countries, and many other episodes through their experience in Japan.

Many special gifts were surprisingly prepared by them for 50 participants.

The participants had a great time and were impressed by the strong bond between Kingdom of Tonga and Japan. Also, many of them touched upon Rugby World Cup 2023 with great expectations.
