Successful Owariasahi City Citizen Festival 2024 on October 13

We exhibited at the Owariasahi City Citizen Festival on October 13th. This year, we worked with the Diversity Promotion Division on the theme of “not only introducing Tonga, but also having fun at the booth.” It was a fun event with coloring books, quizzes, and commemorative photos taken in Tongan costumes. Special thanks to the JICA Aichi Desk, the JICA Overseas Cooperation Volunteers Tonga OV Association, the Global Citizen Association, and Mr. Silivenusi Taumoepeau – former Rugby League One player and currently a coach of the Toyota Industries Shuttles Aichi, helped provide exhibits and support the booth.
