Kumagaya Special Needs School “Dream Festival” to be held next week
The school's cultural festival, "Dream Festival," will be held over two days, Friday, November 21st and Saturday, November 22nd. This year's slogan is "A festival full of smiles, you are the hero." This will be the third year in a row that the NPO Japan Tonga Friendship Association will be hosting a booth to introduce the Kingdom of Tonga and sell traditional folk crafts.
