This privacy policy indicates the policy that we will comply with when handling the personal information of supporting members or information equivalent thereto in our activities.
3. Purpose
We receive membership information from supporting members by entering it into the membership fee collection system (Congrant). In addition, we will use the information provided by supporting members for the following purposes. Information will not be collected or used for any other purpose without the consent of the supporting member.
•To contact supporting members, delivering and sending e-mail magazines, DMs, various notices, etc.
•To confirm and respond to opinions regarding activities and inquiries
•To provide personal information to related organizations based on the approval and application of supporting members

We will thoroughly implement the following regarding the management of information provided by supporting members.
1). Ensuring accuracy of information
We will endeavor to keep the information provided by our supporting members accurate and up-to-date.
2). Security control measures
Regarding the systematic management of personal information, we strictly handle it based on laws and regulations and guidelines established by the government.
5. Third party provision
We will not provide third parties with personal information provided by supporting members. In addition, if we decide to provide the information to a third party in the future, we will present the information to be provided and the purpose of the provision, etc., and will provide the information to the third party only when consent is obtained from the supporting members. In addition, the Association may entrust personal information to other businesses within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
6. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.
If there is a request for disclosure, correction, withdrawal, etc., we will respond appropriately. Specific methods will be announced individually.
